Kelly Clarkson hasn't been on stage for a long time that's why she was glad to finally make her comeback at her residency in Las Vegas; check out all the cool moments below.
According to People Magazine, the musician performed at a sold-out concert at the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Friday.
The show was titled "Chemistry," which was named after her latest album. The show finally happened after three years as it was originally scheduled in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they have to halt the show.
Aside from songs from her latest album, the "American Idol" winner also belted out some of her biggest hits to date such as "Since U Been Gone," "Because Of You," "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)," and many more.
Her fans have been raving online whenever she performs a song from a different artist for the Kellyoke segment of "The Kelly Clarkson Show," that's why they were surprised as she brought it to the stage.
"We're gonna go a little Kellyoke every night," she told the crowd before performing "As It Was" by Harry Styles.
"We were supposed to sing this actually on The Kelly Clarkson Show, and then all the strikes happened and nobody has a job now, so we didn't get to perform it on the show," she added.
What to Expect on Future Kelly Clarkson Las Vegas Residency Shows?
This was only the first of 10 shows and the musician teased fans about what's to come, saying her concerts would be "different every night" as she and her team wanted to create something special for the guests.
"We're hitting all the new songs from the album in there somewhere," she shared on Instagram while taking a break from her show.

Even though musicians who has Las Vegas residencies are known for over-the-top costumes, pyrotechnics, and massive stage designs, Clarkson kept it simple and intimate with her 7,000 fans.
Kelly Clarkson's Las Vegas residency will run until August 2023.
Kelly Clarkson Not Going on Tour?
It appears that the residency is the only way for fan to see Kelly Clarkson perform these days as she previously confirmed that she's not going on tour for her latest album "Chemistry."
According to Taste of Country, the talk show host noted that the reason why she won't have a series of concerts across the country is because of her commitments.
"I have a job that's a lot of work and takes time," she said, referring to "The Kelly Clarkson Show." She also noted that her children are a big factor as they are still in school.
