Riley Keough is now the sole heir of Lisa Marie Presley's estate-which includes Elvis Presley's beloved home Graceland-after months of legal dispute against Priscilla Presley.

According to reports, the six-month-old legal battle between Keough and her grandmother began shortly after Lisa Marie's death in January 2023.

Priscilla was permitted to collect her personal belongings from Graceland as well as the right to be buried alongside Presley, Lisa Marie, and Benjamin Keough in the Meditation Garden.

Additionally, Keough will look after the sub-trusts of her 14-year-old half-sisters Finley and Harper Lockwood until they come of age.

Lisa Marie Presley's Tragic, Sudden Death

The Presley family was rocked by the sudden death of Lisa Marie, who was the one who inherited Presley's impressive and massive estate.

When Presley tragically passed away, he gave his estate to then-nine-year-old Lisa Marie.

The news was confirmed by the family's matriarch on social media: "It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us.

"She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment."

According to reports, Lisa Marie was found unresponsive in her Calabasas home and rushed to the hospital.

Elvis Presley's Beloved Graceland

Graceland is Presley's home in Memphis, Tennessee, and it also serves as a museum and his final resting place.

The point of contention of the highly coveted estate was due to a document that stated Keough would be inheriting the estate following her mother's death.

The 2016 amendment removed Priscilla and Barry Siegal as co-trustees. Priscilla questioned the "authenticity and validity" of the amendment.

Following the news of their legal battle, Priscilla said, "I loved Elvis very much as he loved me. Lisa is a result of our love.

"For anyone to think anything differently would be a travesty of the family legacy and would be disrespectful of what Elvis left behind in his life."

It seems like, for now, the crisis has been averted for the Presley family. Keough would be looking after the beloved and treasured estate left behind by her grandfather, while Priscilla will have to take a backseat from it after years and years of handling it on behalf and alongside Lisa Marie.
