Riley Keough set the record about whether her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, can be buried at Graceland following Lisa Marie Presley's trust settlement.

In May, a news outlet reported that Priscilla's request to be buried at Graceland once she dies was denied. Elvis Presley's ex-wife reportedly lost the chance after Keough ultimately won the settlement over Lisa Marie's trust.

But after Keough officially became the sole trustee, she spoke up about the issue and shared whether her grandmother's remains would one day be buried at the Memphis, Tennessee, mansion.

Will Priscilla Presley Be Allowed To Have Her Remains Buried at Graceland?

Keough recently addressed the issue following her legal showdown with her grandmother. Priscilla challenged the changes in Lisa Marie's trust but eventually reached a settlement a few months after the singer's death.

As the sole trustee, Keough now has the power to make decisions at Graceland going forward.

One of the past issues involving the mansion was the previous report regarding the denial of Priscilla's request to be buried near the King of Rock and Roll. After the settlement, the Daisy Jones and the Six actress formally addressed the queries regarding her grandmother's future final resting place.

In her interview with Vanity Fair, Keough said she does not know why Priscilla "wouldn't be buried at Graceland."

"I don't understand what the drama in the news was about," she shared. "Yeah. If she wants to be, of course. Sharing Graceland with the world was her idea from the start."

Keough told the news outlet that she used to have positive memories with Graceland. However, it reportedly turned into a place of great sadness, knowing that her loved ones are now buried in the area.

Lisa Marie Presley's Death Triggered Chaos in Family Member's Lives

Elsewhere in the interview, Keough noted how their lives turned into chaos when Lisa Marie died and how everyone was in a panic as they questioned how they would move forward without her mother.

"We are a family, but there's also a huge business side of our family," she continued. "So I think there was clarity that needed to be had."
