Ever since reports started circulating about Madonna's hospitalization made rounds online, many fans were worried about her current condition and some were sad as it could possibly hinder her scheduled "Celebration" tour this year.
Although the pop star already announced that her series of concerts will be rescheduled, there have been recent reports that Madonna is doing well and it appears that the shows will continue in the future.
According to a source who spoke with The Sun, the "Material Girl" songstress is currently in "recovery." However, it's not stopping her from performing as she has been "chomping at the bit to get back to rehearsals."
The insider added that the 64-year-old musician is preparing herself to rehearse in New York City before the rescheduled opening of her concert in London in October 2023.

The source further noted that the singer usually likes to have the final week in the venue where she would perform for the first time for her tours, but since Blink-182's comeback will also take place at the O2 Arena, the "La Isla Bonita" singer won't be able to get access to the venue until the day before her show.
As of this writing, Madonna and her team have yet to confirm whether the ongoing reports are true.

The recent news comes after Madonna was reportedly hospitalized and spent some time in the ICU in late June 2023.
According to BBC, the musician had a "serious bacterial infection" that led to her hospitalization. She was later released from the hospital and was taken to her home in New York City to recover.
Since then, the musician has returned to her social media accounts to share updates about her recovery journey. In a statement shared on July 11, 2023, the singer expressed her gratitude to her fans for their prayers and "words of healing and encouragement."
