Dolly Parton's "Let It Be" cover will arrive this week, the country singer confirmed.

Parton's upcoming album, "Rockstar," includes different rock songs, which she made covers of with several rock musicians. For "Let It Be," she worked with The Beatles' surviving embers Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr to bring back the hit classic.

Dolly Parton To Release "Let It Be" Cover

On Twitter, Parton revealed that her The Beatles' "Let It Be" cover will arrive on Friday, August 18.

"This song is really special to me because I'm joined by @PaulMcCartney who wrote the song, along with @ringostarrmusic @peterframpton and @mickfleetwood," she captioned the post.

The Beatles released the song as part of their 12th and final album in 1970 before the group ultimately broke up.

It will follow the release of Parton's other rock covers, including Queen's "We Are the Champions," "Magic Man," and "World on Fire," to name a few.

Dolly Parton's Busy Schedule Ahead

Parton's "We Are The Champions" cover was released to promote the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. It came with an Olympic-themed video that featured several renowned athletes like Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, Simon Biles, Suni Lee, Katie Ledecky, and Noah Lyles.

"I laugh, I cry, I scream, there are no losers in the Olympics as they have all spent a lifetime preparing," Parton said, adding, "...but I celebrate with the ones that go away with the gold, silver, and bronze medals."

The country icon previously told EW that her husband, Carl Thomas Dean, is a huge fan of rock and roll so he told her several times that she needed to make a rock album in her career. After a long wait, she finally thought of doing a rock album so she "would not miss the chance."

Parton also joined the "A Tribute to The Judds" album project alongside Ashley McBryde, Cody Johnson, Reba McEntire, and Megan Moroney, and it is due for release on Oct. 27 on BMG.

Wynonna Judd said in a statement (via Billboard) that the artists came together to produce reimagined and timeless songs. Fans will reportedly get a sneak peek into the album through an update on August 18.
