Taylor Swift has long been courted by the National Football League to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime show. As the talks for the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime show were revived, it seemed like they got another decline again.
After Rihanna's iconic comeback earlier this year, some Swifties think that Swift doesn't actually need the marketing pull that the Super Bowl offers in return.
Taylor Swift Declined Super Bowl Again?
According to a Hits Daily Double source, Taylor Swift "has supposedly passed" on performing at the Allegiant Stadium next Feb. 11, 2024, for the NFL Super Bowl Halftime Show.
Although they described that Swift was the "logical choice" to perform given her record-breaking and smash concert tour, "The Eras" tour, the source doubt if this was just a "spin" from the headquarters to get a big check to mount the show.
However, the insider noted that it is a "non-starter" as other performers have had to come up with a large sum to pay for the production.
On the 2023 Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show, it was also speculated that Swift would perform instead of Rihanna.
According to the source, Swift was offered the deal to headline the Super Bowl, but she reportedly turned down the said offer.
However, a TMZ source revealed that Taylor was clear about her stance, she wouldn't perform for the Super Bowl until she finished re-recording her stolen albums.
To date, she has released three re-recordings - "Fearless," "Red," and "Speak Now." She will release "1989" on October 2023, and "Reputation," and the debut album has yet to be announced.
Given this timeline, Swift could probably headline the 2025 Super Bowl Halftime Show, barring any delays and - of course, her acceptance of the deal.

Taylor Swift Doesn't Need Super Bowl?
On Twitter, a conversation about Swift headlining the Super Bowl emerged.
"I suggest they contact her when it finally comes to a point when THEY would be of any use to Taylor - maybe after a decade or two.Because quite literally, other than intense misogyny, there's not a single thing that Super Bowl has to offer that Eras Tour hasn't outdone TENFOLD," a user pointed out.
A fan also contemplated: "Why do a show making zero money, with publicity you don't need, when folks are reselling tickets to your sold-out stadium shows for $1,000+ and you're booked into late 2024? She doesn't need it."
Aside from this, with a packed schedule for "The Eras" tour, it would be unlikely that she could squeeze in an elaborate rehearsal schedule for the said performance.
