Adele acquired Sylvester Stallone's Beverly Hills mansion in 2022 for a whopping $58 million.
Now she is taking on the task of reconstructing it from the ground up.
As she transitions to her sprawling 18,587 square-foot home with her partner Rich Paul and her 11-year-old son Angelo from ex-husband Simon Konecki, the "Rolling In The Deep" hitmaker needs some renovations. The 35-year-old singer must make sure it's ready for the big move.
The Daily Mail obtained these pictures of Adele's North Beverly Park estate, which seems to be undergoing a full remodel, apart from the pool.
However, one thing has yet to be changed - an iconic statue of Rocky stands out against the backdrop of the enormous outdoor pool.
The figure was famous due to its prominent role as Stallone's character in the 1976 American sports drama film.
At the start of June, it was revealed that the 77-year-old actor had a surprise demand from 16-time Grammy winner Adele - she wanted to keep the statue on the property, or else it would "blow the whole deal."
He relayed this to the Wall Street Journal, adding: "She wanted that statue." Shortly after, Adele started work on her new mansion by beginning renovations.
At the other end of the park, a grand sculpture of Rocky with his fist thrust to the heavens stands tall.
This is the quintessential image of Sylvester Stallone at the peak of Philadelphia's Art Museum stairs. Unfortunately, Adele's renovation meant a statue depicting a polo player atop his horse had to be removed.
Adele Bursts Into Tears While On Stage
At a time of anticipation and joy, discovering a baby's sex can be an emotional experience - even for those not particularly close to its parents.
Such was precisely what happened with Adele, one of pop music's biggest stars.
At the show held at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, where she recently secured a residency, the 35-year-old artist spotted a sign presented by Chris Dare and Shantelle Lord. The couple were expecting their first child and asked the singer to reveal the gender of their little one. In response to that request, the singer made an exciting announcement.
As an electrifying performance ended, Adele invited a particular couple from New York onto the center stage.
Known for her acclaimed songs such as "Hello" and "Someone Like You," Adele was determined to add even more excitement to their evening by revealing something genuinely remarkable.
