Italian fans of Taylor Swift are angry.

News of an Italian woman in need has spread throughout the country after it was revealed that she had purchased an expensive ticket for the upcoming Taylor Swift "The Eras" Tour show at Milan's San Siro Stadium, only to find out that the front row seating section is not wheelchair-accessible, according to a report by Billboardi.

The disabled young woman's plight has caused many people to rally around her quest for accessibility and equality.

35-year-old Silvia Stoyanova was dismayed to discover that, despite having paid €300 ($327) for a seat at the front of the venue for a concert, wheelchair access was designated for another stadium area.

Unfortunately, all tickets available in this section were already sold out.

Mimmo D'Alessandro and Adolfo Galli, managing Taylor Swift's "Eras" Tour in Italy, informed multiple Italian press outlets that wheelchair-accessible spaces at San Siro could only be found in its lateral orange sector.

In an emotional video on TikTok, Silvia pleaded with organizers to acknowledge disabled people as equals. She explained that those living with illness don't have the privilege of waiting 13 more years for Taylor Swift to return to Italy; they need access now.

To ensure wheelchair access for the July 13 and 14 event, Stoyanova has created a petition via Change.org to motivate the organizers to add another ramp. In just three weeks, the petition has acquired over 32,000 signatures.

Alessandra Locatelli, Italy's Minister for Disabilities, has been asked to take responsibility for the fun aspects of living with a disability. Individual fighting appealed for better quality of life standards.

Expressing her optimism, the woman pointed to the booming legal fight of Sophia Righetti.

A disabled Italian girl like herself, Sophia demanded a second ramp be placed at Verona Arena theater for those with disabilities.

Her case was ultimately won by proving that being kept away from the events held there was an act of discrimination. This provided a benchmark for similar issues and gave her hope.

Meanwhile, the exciting news was revealed that Paramore's Hayley Williams would be the special guest joining Taylor Swift on her 2024 European "Eras" Tour.

Paramore will be present at all 48 concerts of their upcoming 2024 European tour, with 14 new dates added.

Beginning in Paris on May 9, their journey across Europe will end at Wembley Stadium in London on August 17 with six consecutive shows.
