According to reports, Sam Asghari is the newest occupant of the Ten Thousand, an opulent high-rise apartment complex in Los Angeles with eye-popping rents.

Asghari, 29, reportedly moved into the complex following his divorce from Britney Spears, 41, according to Page Six.

According to an individual who spoke to the publication, "He's been friendly with the residents and has been with his sister a lot." The opulent, 40-story skyscraper has star-worthy amenities like tennis courts, an outdoor chef's kitchen, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a screening room, a game room, and a "wellness studio" where Botox injections are administered.

Unsurprisingly, rent is expensive with these kinds of amenities; according to Page Six, apartments cost between $10,000 and $65,000 per month. Sam filed for divorce from Britney last week, alleging irreconcilable differences. It is believed that Sam signed a prenuptial agreement that was unbreakable before getting married to Britney.

Insiders claimed that after Britney's 13-year conservatorship expired, the dynamics of the partnership shifted. The couple married less than a year later. According to an insider who spoke to ET Online, "Britney could be argumentative at times, but she also felt like Sam didn't let her do a lot of things without him."
