Months after the reported sexual harassment incident, Lizzo's dancers Crystal Williams, Noelle Rodriguez, and Arianna Davis reportedly agreed to extend their collaboration with the singer.
Documents obtained by the Daily Mail confirm this agreement was reached in April via email.
A memorandum of agreement was sealed via email, which brought forth the third leg of the tour; however, allegations have since been charged against Lizzo. Reports allege that while traveling through Europe in February and March, she made her performers partake in humiliating sexual acts.
Marty Singer, attorney for the "Truth Hurts" hitmaker , declared that many contradictions coupled with "significant" factual inaccuracies have rendered a case filed in LA Superior Court unfixable.
"It is beyond any possible remedy at this early juncture," he added.
According to prosecutors, an incident occurred that quickly got out of control.
Lizzo allegedly invited dance members to interact with nude performers outrageously by having them touch them, attempt catching dildos thrown from their vaginas, and even eat bananas stuck inside.
Allegations have been made that singer-dancer pressured dancers to interact with sex show performers in Amsterdam's well-known red-light district. Reports claim this was done during an excessive night out.
Court documents recounted that, after focusing on Arianna Davis, Lizzo began to intensely encourage her to make contact with the body of one of the women performing nude in the club. Through a loud chant, she urged her to do so.
One month after the incident, a claim was made that two plaintiffs were taken to a risqué show in Paris without being informed of its content.
Legal counsel revealed that those same dancers had re-contracted for further work on Lizzo's tour weeks after the incident in Amsterdam where they allegedly felt "sexually harassed."
According to Marty, "Each of them had the choice to sign a new agreement to re-up for the tour's third leg. All three of them chose to sign an additional agreement to re-up for the third leg of the tour."
He then questioned, "If they had been subjected to horrific conduct by Lizzo, as claimed in the lawsuit, why would they have chosen to return?"

Only a few weeks ago, there was backlash against Arianna's video for season two of Lizzo's "Watch Out" as part of the "Big Grrrls" show. Despite this, Arianna showed nothing but appreciation for Lizzo during an April 5 video.
"I've been lucky enough to work with Lizzo for close to a year now, and it has been incredible," she even gushed in the video.
Marty said, "After Ms. Davis's audition video became public, she tried to justify her glowing comments about Lizzo by falsely claiming that the bulk of their accusations were based on things that occurred after the video."
