Katy Perry's court battles are yet to reach their ends.
Amid Katy and Orlando Bloom's court showdown with an 83-year-old veteran, the singer also deals with a fashion designer's case after the court discovered that she infringed the Australian mom's trademark.
Katy Perry Leaves Fashion Designer Devastated
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline, the Aussie designer - whose name is Katie Perry - is devastated that the singer appealed the court decision, making things "never-ending."
Katie told the news outlet that the "California Gurls" hitmaker filed an appeal, and she only learned about it through an email from her lawyers on June 8. She has been using her birth name as her fashion label's name since 2006, and she already had the trademark in Australia for over a decade.

Per the mom designer, Katy and her legal team are "trying to drain" her finances until she gives up the filing. Still, she declared it would not happen.
"It's not in my nature. I'm a fighter and will always stand up for the underdog," the fashion designer said.
Because of the legal battle, Katie reportedly suffered nightmares and insomnia and was repeatedly attacked by the singer's fans.
She also alleged that Katy's team has been using bullying and "aggressive, ruthless" tactics that make her go through "absolute hell."
Katie also sent her message to the veteran, who deals with Katy and Orlando in the court.
"My heart went out to him," the fashion designer said. "Where's the decency and empathy?"
Katy Perry's Battle With the Veteran
Katie's statement came after Katy and Orlando made a bold move to remove their names from the caption of the veteran's lawsuit.
The 83-year-old Carl Westcott, who previously owned Perry and Bloom's mansion in Santa Barbara, filed a petition to reclaim the property, citing conflict in the acquisition as he sold it to them with an unsound mind.
His lawyer, Andrew J. Thomas, accused the couple of trying to avoid negative publicity by trying to replace their names in the filing with the singer's real estate firm, "Bird Nest LLC."
"What's really going on in the Motion is a veiled attempt by Katy Perry to avoid the negative publicity associated with her attempt to force an ill and elderly man in his 80s to sell her a house he had just purchased and moved into less than 2 months after Katy Perry decided she wanted to buy it," Thomas said, per Radar Online.
