Miley Cyrus is perhaps one of the biggest child and teen stars of her generation. Coming from a line of celebrities and having Dolly Parton as your godmother, the limelight seemed to be shining on Cyrus before she could even sing.
Fast forward to decades later, Cyrus is still one of the biggest celebrities and singers on the planet. Now, she is looking back, albeit rather painfully, on everything she had to go through when she was younger - specifically her jampacked schedule on a Friday when she was still 12 years old.
Miley Cyrus Recalls 13-Hour Schedule During 'Hannah Montana' Days
In her series of confessionals on TikTok, Miley Cyrus looked back on a schedule she had decades ago when she was still working on Disney Channel's "Hannah Montana."
At a young age, Miley Cyrus became a worldwide phenomenon and a role model for many young girls.
In one of her recent uploads, Cyrus looked back on her schedule when she was still 12 or 13 years old at the time.
Cyrus was surprised that she had to start the day at 5:30 in the morning for hair and makeup in her hotel room.
"7:15 I'm on the news, 7:45 I have another live interview, 8:15 another interview, 8:45 another interview," she listed as she was looking at her tablet. "9:30 to 11 a.m. meeting with editors. Back to the hotel, okay, I have to do an interview but the reporters are all fifth-grade students."
The day was definitely filled with more interviews, with the last one beginning at 6 in the evening.
"Then the next day starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m., when I fly home to probably go to Hannah," she went on to say. "That's on a Saturday, and then Monday be back at work in the morning."
Miley Cyrus Fans Enraged Over Her Schedule At 12 Years Old
As she looked back on her schedule, Cyrus pointed out how she is "a lot of things" but "lazy ain't one of them." She even referenced her album, saying that she thinks that her younger self deserved to have an endless summer vacation.
Fans on the TikTok comments shared their fury at the rather inhumane schedule for a 12-year-old child.
"How was this allowed??? This is only in a day. Imagine years on this + doing 71 shows tours + recording albums + doing shows + school everyday +family," a user asked.
"Considering she said January 5th on a Friday that without a doubt has to be January 5th, 2007. So that means the second season of Hannah Montana. WHAT," another echoed.
"That's so insane for a child. You deserve everything in life. You've devoted so much of your life to your fans. I love you," another affirmed.
