50 Cent's lawyer asserts that his client did not 'intentionally' strike a woman during a recent concert stop in Los Angeles.

In a statement provided to DailyMail.com, Scott Leeman stated that there is a need to be very clear that his client Curtis would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone. He added that Anyone stating something otherwise is misinformed and doesn't have all the information.

The rapper's denial of hitting anyone comes after reports that authorities are looking into him for battery after he allegedly struck a Power 106 radio personality, leaving her with a gash on her forehead and blood all over her face and clothing.

The hitmaker, whose real name is Curtis Jackson III, reportedly threw two different mics into the audience during his Wednesday performance in Los Angeles. The In Da Club performer, whose Arizona gig was recently postponed due to the heat weather, is seen in a now-viral TikTOk throwing a microphone forcefully offstage when it stops working.

In the video, the celebrity is seen dumping a broken microphone impatiently off the side of the platform after being given one. Later, he received another mic, but it had the same technical problems, so he threw it away and struck the fan.

After the incident, according to TMZ, 50 Cent is now a suspect in a criminal battery case after the woman 'submitted a police report' soon after the concert.

A photo of the fan with a bloody cut on her forehead was also posted on Instagram by the account The Neighborhood Talk, which claimed that Power 106 anchor Bryhana Monegain was the victim.

50 Cent reportedly hurled the mic at his staff in the production area and hit the victim, according to law enforcement, and the victim told police that 50 Cent even glanced directly at her before throwing the mic.

The fan was brought to the hospital to be treated for a "laceration on her head" after being hit by the microphone.

The woman could be seen in pictures obtained by TMZ with a large cut on her forehead and with a bandage covering her skull. Her arm and hand's palm both had bruising and wounds on them.

The site was told by sources that although 50 Cent "wasn't targeting the woman," "he beaned her good."

The woman was in a restricted location near the stage that she "wasn't supposed to be in," according to another person close to the rapper.
