Despite her recent critical care medical scare, Madonna is determined to hold onto her title as The Queen of Pop, according to her longtime friend and video director Ed Steinberg.

The 65-year-old pop queen is getting ready for her rescheduled "The Celebration" Tour dates following her almost death fight with a bacterial infection.

Her work ethic has been praised by Steinberg, who directed her 1982 debut music video for "Everybody."

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Steinberg called Madonna a "A + + class personality," but he expressed concern that her long history of celebrity is causing her to live a "isolated" life.

Having been in two unsuccessful marriages, one to actor Sean Penn and the other to director Guy Ritchie, he also commented on her love life, stating that he thinks she won't get married again since she "does not need a man or woman to complete her."

He added that even though he already collaborated with nearly all of the world's biggest rock stars, including David Bowie, who at a relatively young age showed no mercy, Madonna is one of the really unstoppable ones.

Her meticulous attention to detail paid off as the train thundered down the track, leaving no obstruction in her path.

She had the business acumen to sign up with and surround herself with the best people right from the beginning when it came to the management and record label.

Not only is Madonna a pop superstar, but she is also a symbol of culture and music. She stood for young women's freedom in terms of appearance, sexual behavior, social standing, and financial status. She is a cunning individual, he further added.

Madonna possesses genuine, unadulterated magic. Her DNA has a certain chemistry that has created her the ideal pop star. It's not a mishap. Many people won't understand that she has exceptional talent, intelligence, and work ethic.

What she went through cannot be undermined though.

Before being hurried to the hospital, she received an injection of Narcan, a medication that is frequently used to cure suspected drug overdoses, to treat acute septic shock, according to Radar Online. When the body releases chemicals to combat an infection, it can lead to sepsis, a potentially fatal illness.

These substances can cause shock, organ failure, and even death by harming the body's own tissues and organs.

The singer, who was brought to a hospital on June 24, is said to have a fantastic support system around her and appreciated all the love she's received.
