Ever since Kid Cudi released the songs "Most Ain't Dennis" and "Ill What I Bleed," they have been waiting for him to drop a new album. However, he recently confirmed that the record won't come out until 2024; what happened?
Taking to his official X account (formerly known as Twitter), the musician revealed that he would be pushing back his project even though he never announced an official release date in the first place.
The album titled "INSANO" will now be available for purchase and streaming on major music platforms like Spotify and Apple Music starting on January 2024, but he never revealed the exact date.
One of the main reasons why he wanted to delay the album for that long is because he wanted it to be perfect for his fans.
"I want to make sure that everything lines up and I give y'all the best version of myself. This album is amazing and I want to make sure I present it in the best way for y'all," he wrote.

"Things gotta be right. I love yall!!! Enjoy!" he added.
Kid Cudi Retiring After New Album's Release?
According to Rolling Stone, the musician's next album would be his last musical project under his contract with Republic Records. In total, the singer had already dropped six albums in the past and "INSANO" would be his seventh one.
In an interview last year, the singer said he will do "one more album" and he's still not sure what his next move would be.
He noted that he's unsure if he would still do music and drop albums for "much longer."
