The court officially assigned an administrator of Angus Cloud's 7-figure worth of estate.

Cloud left a whopping amount in his estate, which he earned from his career in the TV and music industry. Over a month after his death, the court officially appointed his mother to oversee what he left following his tragic death.

Angus Cloud's Mother Appointed as Administrator of the Estate

In the filing obtained by RadarOnline, the court granted Angus Cloud's mother Lisa the power to manage his $1 million estate after she filed a petition on August 30.

She noted in the document that the "Euphoria" star was never married and had no child.

"Petitioner believes Decedent assigned certain rights to the Company, including, but not limited to, certain intellectual property and/or name, image, and likeness rights, as well as his rights to receive income. It is unknown to Petitioner at this time which of the Decedent's exact rights have been assigned to the Company," Lisa's lawyer stated.

The representative added that the position of the Special Administrator should be filed to manage and control what Cloud left.

According to Lisa, the petition was filed immediately due to the three urgent matters under his estate, including his incomplete obligations in the endorsement deal he signed with Puma.

The late star also finished an acting job before his death, but there are reportedly agreements that needed to be signed.

Another reason Lisa filed the petition and expected a prompt response was due to her desire to enforce her son's trademarks, image and intellectual property rights, as some deals might use his likeness improperly after his death.

Lisa noted that several online vendors began to make unauthorized use of Cloud's likeness to sell merchandise; thus, she needs to be an administrator as she plans to file lawsuits against the companies.

Per The Blast, the judge signed the petition over a week after she filed the documents.

The result from the court came after a revelation that the 25-year-old left drawings that his mother only found recently. Lisa also plans to register the copyrights for the sketchbooks to identify and protect his belongings.

Cloud died on July 31 after his mother found him unresponsive and having no pulse at their family home. His exact cause of death is yet to be identified, though reports said he passed away due to a potential overdose.
