Ariana Grande emotionally spoke about the enhancements she underwent years ago and revealed why she stopped doing so.
Plastic surgery rumors surrounded Grande over the past few years due to her changing but improving visuals. While some fans criticized her for taking the path, others supported her in her decisions.
But instead of plastic surgeries, the "7 Rings" singer only had non-invasive cosmetic surgery procedures, which she also stopped getting five years ago.
Ariana Grande Admits To Getting Cosmetic Injectables in the Past
In her video interview with Vogue on Tuesday, September 12, Grande shared her skincare routine and her experience with Botox and lip fillers - the only enhancements she received despite the rumors.
"Full transparency, as a beauty person, as I do my lips had a ton of lip filler over the years, and Botox," she said. "I stopped in 2018 cause I just felt so, too much. I just felt like hiding, you know?"
She paused for a few seconds as she tried to prevent herself from crying while discussing the subject.
According to the 30-year-old "Thank U, Next" singer, she used to feel that beauty was "hiding" from her. But it soon changed and made her realize that, maybe, it was not hiding at all.
While Grande supports people who get the work done, she revealed that she decided to forgo the procedures, for now, to see her smile lines get deeper and for her to laugh more.
She left an inspiring message in the end, telling listeners that aging can be a beautiful thing. She then quipped about getting a facelift in 10 years instead.
Ariana Grande's Plastic Surgery Rumors
Although Grande said she only had non-invasive cosmetic procedures, outlets claimed over the past few years that she had more than that.
After comparing her before and after photos, people assumed she underwent several surgeries, including a nose job, lip surgery, brow lift, facelift surgery, and breast augmentation.
Rumors have it that she probably also underwent operations to enhance and alter her cheek and jaw and received fillers for her nasolabial fold and mentolabial fold.
Still, these should be taken with a grain of salt, as Grande has not mentioned any of the procedures in her past interviews.
