During his "The Final Lap" Tour 2023 in Canada, 50 Cent had an unexpected encounter.

Pressa, who was slated to be his opening act, was allegedly prevented from taking the stage by officers of the law.

Though the Edmonton crowd had gathered in anticipation of Pressa's performance, unfortunately, he could not take the stage due to an issue raised by police. According to a source who spoke to Radar Online, authorities cited "security reasons" for escorting the Toronto-based rapper offsite.

For years, Pressa has been at the center of controversy due to his suspected connection to members of the Brothers Keepers gang.

This month, Lil Wayne created a stir when he left abruptly before his performance as part of 50 Cent's highly successful and sold-out tour. This incident gained attention all across the country.

An eyewitness reported to Page Six that Wayne was backstage, about to step out on stage when an incident occurred. Allegedly, someone from the crew had bumped into him, and it angered the Lollipop rapper so much that he decided to leave immediately.

"He just left," said the source.

It was reported that rapper 50 Cent inadvertently struck a radio host in the head with a microphone he had discarded from the stage during an event. According to the outlet, 50 Cent had intended to throw the mic down into the pit beneath him, not toward his audience members.

Additionally, it was noted that the hole should have been unoccupied when this occurred.

Scott Leemon explained, "Let's be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone. Anyone saying something different doesn't have all the facts and is misinformed."

50 Cent Caused Quite A Stir Amid 'Curtis' Anniversary

Monday was an essential day for rapper 50 Cent, as it marked the 16th anniversary of his third studio album, "Curtis," and to celebrate, he chose to share controversial images of his ex-girlfriend Ciara from a promotional shoot.

Regardless of criticism others might have voiced about the post, the seasoned artist didn't seem bothered.

A representative for 50 Cent has released a statement, making it clear that the photographs posted by the rapper, which many thought to be of Ciara wearing nothing but her underwear, were not, in fact of the "How We Roll" artist.

"Two different models are featured on the Curtis album cover, neither of whom is Ciara."
