An admirer of Olivia Rodrigo discloses that she mistakenly called the pop artist to make an appointment after thinking her number for her doctor's. in the process, the fan actually revealed just how kind Rodrigo is -- not to mention, mature and responsible for her age!
One of LA's content creators revealed the voicemail that Rodrigo unintentionally left.
The video, which has 1.1 million views, features Singer attempting to schedule a medical visit.
The voicemail fail amazed awestruck followers, who wished it had been them. Fans of Olivia Rodrigo were taken aback and feeling a little "jealousy, jealousy" when a woman disclosed that the pop diva had unintentionally left her a voicemail. In a comical turn of events, it seems that the Disney actress-turned-singer, who is 20 years old, has a habit of leaving unintentional voicemails.
Earlier in the year, the singer of "Bad Idea Right" had previewed her album announcement to fans in a voicemail. Los Angeles-based 18-year-old TikTok creator Alexa Geyser shared a video of a voicemail she claims the pop star left on her phone in 2019 after mistakenly thinking it was her doctor's office number.
The voicemail begins, "Hello, my name is Olivia Rodrigo," and Geyser plays it over Rodrigo's brand-new song, "Vampire."
The message went on, "I don't know why it sent me to voicemail, but I was trying to schedule an appointment."
"I would really appreciate it if you could give me a call back."
"Here's a throwback of that one time Olivia Rodrigo left me a voicemail thinking I was her doctor, in honor of "Guts" coming out tonight," Geyser commented on the video, which has received over 1.1 million views since it was uploaded last week. Supporters couldn't believe the inadvertent dial.
A fan wrote, "The way that I would hold on to it for the rest of my life if this happened to me." 'I would have gone crazy,' concurred another.
One TikTok member commented, "Me lowkey impressed that she was making her own doctors appointments at 16."
Some recommended Rodrigo include a snippet of it in future songs.
Another person shouted, "She needs to add this to one of her songs nowwww." This ought to be the tour's introduction, another person commented.
Geyser revealed that she had spoken with the pop star "six months earlier" at a friend's birthday dinner party and that they had exchanged contact information, but she is still unclear of the precise way in which she gave her doctors the wrong number.
"We just kind of talked, but I kind of knew who she was," Geyser said in an interview with DailyMail.com.
Then, after grabbing my phone roughly six months later, I saw that I had a voicemail and a missed call from her.
After the party, Geyser had not spoken to the Disney actress, so she was confused.
After hearing her message, she realized she had phoned the wrong person.
"Obviously I knew she had the wrong number so I just texted her [and explained the situation]," the lucky fan explained. "She responded [and] was like: "oh my gosh that's so embarrassing I was trying to call my doctor," Geyser added.
Geyser also said the pop star was certainly very kind and nice.
