The 27-year-old singer's album "Scarlet" was published on Friday, and fans have already commented on the jab at the family on social media.
Doja Cat first gained notoriety for her chilly interaction with 26-year-old Kylie Jenner at the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2023 presentation last year.
Fans noticed the discomfort between the two as they were taking selfies in the front row, and their "it's good to see you" interaction went viral.
In the song, Doja sang: "Tell me why ol' shorty walkin' like she got a stick in her a*s. And pretty face, plastic, it's givin' Kardashian."
Fans are now speculating that Doja might incur the wrath of the entire Kardashian family.
Although Kim Kardashian has long maintained that her "shapeshifter" skills are the product of "a little" Botox and routine dermatologist visits, her constantly shifting appearance has long been the subject of intense controversy.

Kim, now 42, has been under intense scrutiny from professionals and amateurs alike due to her changing face and body, despite her denials for years that she has ever had surgery. Many have even said that surgery is the only solution to Kim's constantly shifting appearance.
Fans of Kim have conjectured that she has undergone several procedures, including rhinoplasty, fillers, and Botox, although she has only disclosed "a little bit of Botox."
She added, "Never filled either one, ever," to her statement in an Allure interview from 2022 stating that she has "no filler" in her lips or cheeks. I've never had my cheeks filled. I've never had full lips. I actually have eyebrows." Do we accept her word?
In the meantime, Kylie disclosed in July that she had undergone breast augmentation surgery at The Kardashians' third season finale. Earlier this season, the 25-year-old makeup mogul asserted that she had merely undergone "fillers" and that she had never undergone significant surgery.
