Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have been mandated by court order to partake in four hours of parenting training.

The Mirror obtained a legal document prescribes: "Any individuals involved with the dissolution of marriage proceedings with minor children or to paternity cases shall be obligated to fulfill the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course before the entry of final judgment by the court."

On Sept. 1, it was reported that a dissolution of marriage with children had been filed by one party, Joe Jonas, in a Florida court.

Despite this development, Sophie alleges she did not see the matter until the news was made public four days later.

A Florida Court order has established that relocation of Joe's children is forbidden under state law. When contacted by the media outlet The Mirror, a representative for Joe reported: "[Sophie] was intent on getting her hands on their passports to take them overseas with no delay. Should he follow through, it would contradict this ruling from Florida."

In a recent case before the New York court, Sophie petitioned to be exempted from the general rule of relocation due to a pre-existing agreement between herself and Joe.

The terms of this mutual understanding specified that they would move their family to England, where they have been residing as of late.

Per legal documents, any minor kids belonging to both parties must remain in their current county once divorce papers have been submitted.

Despite this, with Sophie's approval, Joe has taken his children on tour with him and his bandmates in recent months - Jonas Brothers being their name.

In response to Joe's filing of the dissolution in Florida, Sophie has countered with her petition, insisting that "England is the children's habitual residence."

To back up her case, Sophie points out that the family had attempted to move permanently to England by placing their Miami home up for sale.

To protect the children from witnessing or experiencing animosity, the court order prohibits Joe and Sophie from engaging in disparaging remarks about one another. Furthermore, it necessitates a relationship that must remain as respectful and low-key as possible.
