Earlier this week, The 1975 fans were surprised as frontman Matty Healy announced that they would be taking an "indefinite hiatus." More recently, the singer clarified something about his initial statement as he didn't intend their supporters to panic.
According to People Magazine , the Manchester-based group recently performed at their concert at the SAP Arena in San Jose, California.
During his set, Healy said although the group will indeed take a break for a while following their series of shows, he assured fans that the band will not break up.

He continued to assure his supporters by telling them that a disbandment wouldn't happen and they shouldn't worry about it.
