Do Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have what it takes to become a power couple?
As popular icons in their respective industries, Swift and Kelce can easily become a power couple, especially once they directly confirm their relationship. As dating rumors continue to swirl, an expert shared how the duo could make it come true.
Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Need To Do This To Become a Power Couple
In an interview with The Mirror, therapist and relationship expert Sally Baker spoke about Swift and Kelce's chemistry and shared what the pair should do to become a power couple once they make things between them official.
Baker explained that they both savor success in their fields - Swift in music and Kelce in football. With that, they already have their own "talent and passion" which can help them have the same as a couple.
"However, maintaining a healthy relationship amidst the pressures and demands of celebrity can be extremely challenging," she continued. "It's important that both Taylor and Travis stay grounded in their core values and connection to each other. They should see each other as whole people, not just 'the singer' or 'the athlete'."
Baker advised them to "make time for genuine intimacy" and share joys even when they have busy schedules. She also said that having healthy boundaries in their private and public lives can help them, too.
Taylor Swift Supports Travis Kelce Again
After watching Kelce at Arrowhead Stadium, the "August" singer went to the MetLife Stadium with Antoni Porowski, Hugh Jackman, Sabrina Carpenter, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds to watch the Kansas City Chiefs game with the New York Jets.
TODAY also presented a Swift-themed ad using her hit song, "Welcome to New York," before Sunday's match.
Swift's appearance came after she ignited more dating rumors as she left the Arrowhead Stadium with Kelce and reportedly had dinner at a restaurant where the singer paid everyone's bill to clear the place.
Meanwhile, a source told People that the wives of Kansas City Chiefs players also supported her and Kelce's romance.
"The players' wives are happy for Travis and hope it continues to go well," the insider said. "[Kelce is] keeping all this private even within the team to respect Taylor. Everyone on the team seems to be super supportive."
