Taylor Swift has yet again watched Travis Kelce play football over the weekend, which sparked more rumors and incited "weird" behavior from none other than the NFL.
According to reports, the 'Anti-Hero" singer was the center of attention during the recent game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the New York Jets at the MetLife Stadium on Sunday.
Swift was accompanied by a star-studded group at the VIP suit, including Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Sophie Turner, Sabrina Carpenter, and filmmaker Shawn Levy.
The singer's appearance was so celebrated that the NFL changed the header of the X (formerly known as Twitter) account to a grid picture of Swift. In the pictures, it seems like the photographer got a good shot of Swift reacting and cheering throughout the game.
On top of that, NFL also changed their X bio to "we had the best day with you today," a line from Swift's song, "Best Day."
NFL Obsessed with Taylor Swift?
While the NFL might be having the best day, the "Bejeweled" singer's fans are not. They expressed thei dissent and irritation towards the league's "weird obsession" with Swift.
"Y'all be honest-is it unreasonable that I find this a little strange?" A fan wrote with a screenshot of NFL's X profile.
The fan's tweet created discourse among fans online as well, who noted that the league was using the singer as a marketing ploy, and it was getting out of hand.
"It was cute the first week. But like now we get it and just let her support her man in peace," another added.
"no because it is, like why is the NFL more focused on Taylor than some of its players?"
"It's so strange!!!! Then NFL posted her on their feed 2x yesterday," another added.
"Agree, NFL should not be about one person and that one person should not be a girlfriend of a player."
"Hi, I am just as much of a Swiftie as the next person, but, I cannot anymore. this is getting so annoying."
