After being detected speeding in his £35,000 Ford Ranger, Liam Payne is allegedly going to lose his driving privileges.
The 30-year-old musician was filmed by an automatic camera in February allegedly driving 43 mph in a 30 mph zone while in west London. At the time of the event, Liam is thought to have been driving his black Ford Ranger Wildtrak Deranged Edition. He could be given a six-month driving restriction when he is sentenced next week, according to court records that The Evening Standard was able to get.
The incident happened on February 24, as Liam was traveling east on the A40, according to the court filing.
The former member of One Direction apologized for speeding and stated, in a letter to the Lavender Hill magistrates court, "I did not realise the speed limit." She also promised to pay any fines that were assessed within 14 days. The case was postponed last month by a court employee until a hearing on October 9 'to discuss ban from driving.'
Liam is well-known for owning an enormous collection of sports vehicles, which includes a £145,000 Cadillac Escalade and a £270,000 Lamborghini Aventador.
After having to postpone his South American tour owing to the virus, Liam was admitted to the hospital last month while visiting Lake Como in Italy with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy.

This week, Liam made multiple public appearances during Paris Fashion Week, marking his first public appearances since being admitted to the hospital. Kate gave fans an update on the singer's health last week, saying that the singer is feeling a lot better. She added that he's among capable people. He is no longer in the hospital.
Liam's upset mother fought back tears as she disclosed that her son's emergency hospital visit had left the superstar's family feeling "worried sick."
Karen Payne, speaking from her three-story, £360,000 detached property close to Wolverhampton, said: "We are all worried sick about it but we just have to get on. It's horrible - him being all the way over there. He's in Milan and it sounds like he'll be there for a week. I feel helpless.'
The worried-sick 62-year-old added, "All we can really do is sit it out here and hope for the best. There is nothing we can do. We feel helpless."
The singer's excruciating kidney pain forced him to be taken to the hospital while on a romantic vacation in Lake Como, Italy, with his girlfriend. A "serious kidney infection" that had previously landed him in the hospital led to his announcement last month that he was canceling a South American tour. According to insiders, the celebrity was enjoying his one-year anniversary with Kate when he became ill at their vacation home and needed to be taken to the hospital by ambulance.
