What Happened to Bruce Springsteen?

The announcement came after Springsteen decided to take a break and postpone his 2023 tours to recover from his health issues.

"Bruce Springsteen has continued to recover steadily from peptic ulcer disease over the past few weeks and will continue treatment through the rest of the year on doctor's advice," the official statement read. "With this in mind, and out of an abundance of caution, all remaining 2023 tour dates for Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will be postponed until 2024."

Several fake news sites alleged that the singer died, while others claimed he was dying. A source dismissed the reports and said Springsteen remained positive amid his health battles. Before his peptic ulcer diagnosis, he also had a bout of COVID-19 amid the pandemic.
