Fans are exceptionally proud of BTS' resident dancer slash rapper, J-Hope, after the KPOP star shared his latest update during his time in the military.
"How are you, ARMYs??" J-Hope wrote in a recent social media post, with a saluting emoji and a purple heart. "It's gotten a lot colder! Maybe because of the cold air, it's a moment where you realize that time is passing."
The KPOP idol's message was not only to inquire about his fans' well-being but to share exciting news regarding his newest achievement.
According to reports, J-Hope has been promoted to "special class elite warrior" or in simpler terms, he has been assigned to be an assistant instructor at a military boot camp at the training center of the 36th Infantry Division in Wonju in South Korea.
"I'm working hard to adjust faster than I thought. It's a huge burden" he continued, explaining to the fans what exactly his job is. "Because it's a role that leads and helps young people in Korea to the first step ... in the military organization."

Elsewhere in his update to fans, J-Hope expressed his contentment and pride with the new position, noting that it is as joyous of his accomplishments as an artist and as a member of BTS.
"I came to let you know that I'm doing really well and maturing even more nicely," he added.
At the end of his post, J-Hope also shared a picture of himself, wearing his military uniform.

Fans could not help but feel proud and a bit sad about the new update, since they have been missing the KPOP star for quite some time now.
"Hobi my baby, I love and miss you! We'll be waiting for you," a fan wrote.
"My eyes got teary while reading, I miss you and I'm so proud of you, Sunshine," another added.
"Oh, Hobi. I love him so much! He always gives his best no matter where, and I'm so proud he's getting good results and feeling proud of himself. We miss you, sunshine. Take care, eat well, and don't get sick, okay? I love how excited he is to tell us the news too."
