Madonna reappeared in the headlines after the release of her new video online.

Plastic surgery rumors have yet to die down as the Queen of Pop reignited the buzz again. She recently left her followers speechless when she debuted "an unrecognizable look" in a new update.

Madonna's Fans Notice Her "Morphed" Face

In a new social media video, Madonna flaunted her beauty by showing her fuller face and plump lips as she chose not to wear any makeup for the clip. She also bleached her eyebrows.

While some praised her, others said she looks different every year.

"The fact she has had a new look every single year of her life is truly crazy. I look the same every single year," one said, while another added, "How did her mole move from one spot to other?"

Another wrote on X, "Why are celebs so afraid of growing old? #Madonna has ruined her face, she used to be so gorgeous. I don't get it. #SayNoToBotox"

Madonna's Plastic Surgeries Explained

After the emergence of the video, a New York plastic surgeon explained the possible surgeries the "Back That Up To The Beat" hitmaker went through to achieve her current look.

The chart shared by Daily Mail shows Madonna's shifting face over the years.

Dr. Barry Weintraub estimated that the before and after images have signs that she underwent at least 12 cosmetic facial procedures, as she looks inflated and much fuller. He added that the singer lost her dimples due to fillers.

"You see a flatter, straighter line, which indicates there may be an incision in front of the hairline [to pull up the skin]," the surgeon explained. "Her eyebrows are [also] higher than the position of her brows in 1986, meaning the distance between her eyelashes and her eyebrows is much higher than ours. You see a lot more volume in the upper third of her face."

The other procedures she probably got include surgery to change the shape of her nose, laser resurfacing of her skin's structure, fillers and lifts.

Dr. Weintraub added that Madonna seemingly had Botox on her forehead and around her eyes.

In the end, he shared that excellent cosmetic surgery for a natural-looking face should preserve one's anatomical landmarks. However, Madonna's 1986 and current pictures show major differences.
