Meanwhile, the title track from BTS vocalist Jungkook's upcoming debut solo album will be "Standing Next to You," the group's management company said on Monday. The artist also shared a list of the 11 songs that will be included on the "Golden" album, which is scheduled to be released on November 3. "Seven," "3D," "Close to You," "Yes or No," "Please Don't Change," and "Hate You" will also be included in the 11 songs.
"Standing Next to You" was first released by BigHit Music as a retro-funk tune with rhythmic vocals by Jungkook.
The producers of Jungkook's solo debut song "Seven," which became a worldwide success this summer, Andrew Watt and Cirkut, teamed up once more to create the new tune. In addition, the album's creation involved musicians including BloodPop, David Stewart, and Blake Slatkin, as well as British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes, and electronic hip-hop duo Major Lazer. DJ Snake, a rapper and producer from France, took part in the project as a featured artist. "As the new album 'Golden' is based on Jungkook's 'golden moment,' Jungkook put his heart and soul into the production, including personally selecting all the songs to be included in the new album," the label stated.
It was stated that Jungkook sang all 11 songs in English. To celebrate the album's release, the BTS member will host a fan showcase on November 20 at Jangchung Arena in the heart of Seoul.
