Taylor Swift and Jack Antonoff have come along way as they were able to collaborate in countless tracks, win awards together, and dominate the charts, but none of that would happen if they never wrote their first song together.

More recently, the singer paid a tribute to her beloved co-writer to celebrate their first-ever collaboration.

Taking to her official Instagram account and other social media platforms, the pop star shared a few photos of her and Antonoff together having a great time as they hugged each other at a party.

In the caption, the musician thanked her good pal and collaborator, saying the song "Sweeter Than Fiction" always reminds her of the record producer.

"This song has always made me think of my friend Jack. It was the first song we made together," she wrote.

The singer further noted that it has been "a thrill of a lifetime" to witness Antonoff challenge himself and create beautiful music over the years.

"How can he be 6 years older than me and also somehow still be my precocious young son? We may never know," the singer added.

She then promoted the re-released Target edition of the album "1989" which exclusively contains the song "Sweeter Than Fiction."

The Target exclusive of "1989 (Taylor's Version)" is now available in Tangerine vinyl. According to the retailer's official website, the record is priced at $39.99.

Jack Antonoff Shares Working Relationship With Taylor Swift

The recent Instagram post comes a few weeks after Jack Antonoff sat down on "Sunday TODAY With Willie Geist" to give fans an insight about his working relationship with the pop superstar.

During the interview, he noted that the "magic" between them when they get together is unpredictable.

Speaking about why they work great as co-writers, he said he's not sure about it, adding, "I could quantify our relationship in very reductive ways about the things we agree on, the sounds we like. But the truth is, we've just grown together. She put an amazing amount of belief in me." (via Rolling Stone)

In other updates, Swift's latest project dropped last week and it already made history as she broke her own record on Spotify for being the most streamed album in one day this year.
