Usher was announced to be headlining the 2024 NFL Super Bowl Halftime Performance, thanks to a powerful collaboration between Apple Music, NFL, and Roc Nation.
The King of R&B continues to cement her impact in the industry with a legacy-making performance at the world's biggest stage at the Super Bowl next February 2023.
Reflecting and looking back where he came from, Usher can't help but become sentimental as he approaches the final 3 months of before the show.
Usher Super Bowl Setlist
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Usher talks about the difficult task on squeezing his entire discography into an almost 15 minute performance at the Super Bowl.
"This is a celebration of my legacy. It's a celebration of my music. It's a celebration of my passion," he told the outlet. "Thirty years ago that journey started and now it's landed me at this point in my life at the Super Bowl. Lot of songs, lot of moments, lot of dance, lot of energy."
As of this writing, Usher's Super Bowl setlist is yet to be unveiled as he is having a hard time constructing it.
"You've got 13 minutes in order to get through an entire legacy of music," he said of his set list.
Despite the pressure, Usher maintained that he's still happy and blessed with the opportunity because of the friends and new people that celebrates his music with him.
"... I don't take it for granted. My mother talked about this moment many years ago actually and there was the thought that maybe it wouldn't come. It was just a matter of time and making certain that the moment was right," he reflected.

Usher Super Bowl Guest
Aside from the Super Bowl Setlist, Usher gets a lot of questions whether he would be recruiting collaborators for the gig of a lifetime.
Apparently, he's "considering a lot" for the guest spot as he has received many phone calls about it.
When pressed for it, Usher only had this to say: "It's magic time. Who knows?"
Usher New Album 'Coming Home'
In the same day of the Super Bowl, Usher will also be releasing his newest album, "Coming Home."
"This juncture, this portion of my life, is a coming home experience. When I think about where I started and how this 30 years of an evolution has now brought me home... That's part of the reason that I named it Coming Home," he said about the album.
Usher's Super Bowl Halftime Show will be on Feb. 11, 2023, at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
