Supporters of Taylor Swift believe they have discovered evidence that the singer is a "time traveler" after seeing an advertisement from eight years prior to her birth.

When Swifties saw the 1981 commercial for the Glamour Gals doll collection, they performed a double take.

The artist, 33, was born in 1989, but several fans questioned whether the person in the advertisement was indeed her when the video was uploaded on TikTok.

The statement, "This 1981 commercial is proof that Taylor Swift is a time traveler," was posted with the video.

The actress, with Taylor's characteristic fringe, resembled the singer quite a bit.

Commenting on the striking similarity, fans took to the comment area.

"Wow, it really looks like her," and "Sounds like her too," were the comments they left.

"There are differences, but she looks like her."

"Wait, is that Taylor?" and "Taylor looks like her, she was born first." were my initial thoughts.

That actress is the now 62-year-old Toni Hudson. She played Denise in the 1985 motion picture Just One of the Guys.

In addition, Toni made cameos on a number of TV episodes, such as The Love Boat, T.J. Hooker, Knight Rider, The A-Team, and The Greatest American Hero.

Although Taylor did not feature in the Glamour Gals doll advertisement, she has been in other ads.

The singer of the hit song "Love Story" has done commercials for numerous companies, including Kegs, Target, Apple Music, Diet Coke, Macy's, and Sony.

It follows news last week that Taylor had officially attained the rank of a billionaire.

According to Bloomberg, Swift, 33, has increased her net worth to $1.1 billion, making her a member of the elite ten-figure club that also includes Oprah Winfrey and Kim Kardashian.

The multi-Grammy Award-winning singer's net worth has skyrocketed due to the success of her Eras Tour, which is on course to become the biggest grossing tour in history.

This comes on top of her enormous earnings from her first six albums, which she rerecorded while negotiating the terms of her music's monetization with streaming services.

Her achievement is especially significant because she is one of the select few who have reached the milestone "through music and performing alone."

Swift's 53 US concerts this year 'added $4.3 billion to the country's gross domestic product,' according to Bloomberg, in addition to increasing her personal wealth.
