Calls for Gwen Stefani's removal and firing from "The Voice" intensified due to her live show habits in the past episodes.
Stefani has been the center of criticism amid her stint on "The Voice." Most viewers have been expressing their disapproval of seeing her with the other judges that they want her out of the show.
Viewers Want "The Voice" To Fire Gwen Stefani
Following the recent episodes of "The Voice," viewers began calling for Stefani's firing due to the singer's "overly indecisive" behavior on the set.
For instance, a November episode of the show saw Stefani struggling to choose who she wanted to make it to the next round, leaving the viewers frustrated. They took to X to share their disappointment and ask "The Voice" to remove the 54-year-old "Hollaback Girl" hitmaker instead.
One said, "Sick of Gwen never making a choice, didn't miss her at all."
Stefani previously shared her struggles while on "The Voice," saying that she began feeling pressured as she appeared on the show.
"Big day today - battles. I'm getting freaked out on what I'm gonna do. How do you choose?" she said in a clip, adding that she feels emotional to know that someone's dreams could be crushed as they let someone better in the spotlight.
Aside from her behavior, Stefani also attracted criticism due to her fashion choices.
Gwen Stefani Worried After Blake Shelton's Exit
Before Shelton's exit, he spoke to People and shared what his wife thought as she had to return to the show without him. Per the country singer, Stefani was worried the show would not have her back.
He also applauded her coaching style and showered his wife with compliments.
"She just really comes at coaching in a way that I don't think anybody else has done still and there's been a lot of coaches," he went on. "But she's such a visionary, and that comes through with her artists. You can see these kids come on the show... by the end they actually look like stars, and that's the Gwen Stefani effect."
Stefani is now working with Reba McEntire, who replaced Shelton, alongside John Legend and Niall Horan.
