In a Q&A session last week, Priscilla Presley-who split from Elvis 50 years ago following a contentious six-year marriage-stated that she "never wanted to marry after him" as "no one could ever match" the music icon.
But then there was also Robert Kardashian - a man of a different league as well.
After her divorce from Elvis in the middle of the 1970s, she fell deeply in love with Robert Kardashian, who would go on to marry Kris Jenner and be the father of Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, and Rob.
Additionally, sources claimed that Kardashian was once in a frantic attempt to wed Priscilla.
Insiders said that the two were inseparable from the start and that it was love at first sight.
However, Elvis occasionally strangely cut short their love even if he was engrossed in his own passionate relationship with Linda Thompson, the future wife of Caitlyn (née Bruce) Jenner and former Miss Tennessee.
A close buddy recalls Robert expressing bitterly that Elvis would call Priscilla rambling nonsensically when he was making love to her. While Priscilla did her best to escape his clutches, Elvis, nevertheless, continues to have power over her because they share their daughter Lisa Marie, and Elvis was heavily involved in her upbringing.

Still, eventually Priscilla reportedly thought that Robert was, like Elvis, trying to control her - a situation that showed itself when Kardashian sought to make her "into a domesticated Armenian housewife, and that infuriated Priscilla," Joni Migdal, a close friend revealed.
"Priscilla once tried to make dinner for Robert because he kept asking her, so Priscilla said that one night she cooked asparagus, and she made this and she made that, and she went out of her way to make it perfect, and he HATED it. She said that after that meal, he never suggested that she make dinner for him again.
Allegedly, when he was dying from cancer in 2003, Priscilla even telephoned him, close sources said, and gently told him she loved him - which made Kardashian cry.
Meanwhile, a potentially costly and widely publicized legal struggle has been avoided thanks to the official court approval of Priscilla Presley and Riley Keough's settlement of Lisa Marie Presley's inheritance.
Priscilla can be buried as close to Elvis as possible at Graceland, according to the final, unredacted agreement, which was approved by a judge this week and submitted in Los Angeles County probate court. Her son, Navarone Garibaldi, is also allowed to take part in the memorial service.
