Last week, Alicia Keys revealed new details about her forthcoming album and Sunday (Sept. 7), she took to social media to preview one of the album's cuts.
In a 15-second clip posted on Instagram, Keys can be seen seated at a piano rocking a red hoodie and her famous braids.
The piano appears to be located on a rooftop with the words love and freedom written across it as Keys sings, "We're all here for all of us."
There's no word on what the name of the song is or if it will appear on her new project. She simply captioned the video with, "This is how I've been feeling..."
Keys' upcoming effort will follow-up 2012's Girl on Fire, which won a Grammy this year for Best R&B album. Although she hasn't revealed the release date for the new record, she says it will include production from Pharrell and that fans can expect some of her best material.
"What I know for a fact is it's the best music I've ever done in my life yet and it's really exciting to be able to have this kind of growth, this type of opportunity," she said. "The music's actually pretty much done already and so you'll be hearing some of it soon."
Aside from announcing her new album, Keys also revealed that she is pregnant with her second child with husband Swizz Beatz.
"December album? Well, I know one thing. I'm having a December baby," the singer told Billboard.
