Lil Uzi Vert has been scrapped from the 2023 Rolling Loud California Lineup following their Twitter/X post, denying that they never signed up for the gig.
Shortly after, their replacement has been announced.

Lil Uzi Vert was supposed to close the three-day 2023 Rolling Loud California at Inglewood Hollywood Park on Mar. 15, 16, and 17, 2024.
Nicki Minaj and Post Malone will be closing the first two nights while Lil Uzi Vert is scheduled on the last day. However, in a surprising turn of events, Lil Uzi Vert took to social media to bear a different piece of news.
"I never said I was doing Rolling Loud don't understand why my name is on here," they posted on Instagram Stories along with the photo of the lineup, tagging the festival's handle.
Surely, this cast huge confusion among fans of Lil Uzi Vert, who was recently nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Song for "Just Wanna Rock."
Fans online believe that Lil Uzi Vert should have gotten in touch with their manager or booking agent for the booking snafu. However, shortly after, Rolling Loud California made a big move already.

Updated 2023 Rolling Loud California Lineup
In a new post of the Rolling Loud California in their lineup, Lil Uzi Vert has been replaced as a headliner on the 2023 Rolling Loud California Lineup.
Instead, Metro Boomin and Future are scheduled to close on the third day of the three-day festival.
Similarly, the organizers offered little to no explanation about the quick change. They only left a subtle jab on the caption, saying "OK bet," along with an Ok hand emoji.
Fans were divided over the sudden replacement. While others say that the updated 2023 Rolling Loud California Lineup is much better than the first one, some hoped that the issue with Lil Uzi Vert be fixed so he could actually perform.
As of this writing, the real reason why Lil Uzi Vert said that on social media is still not known. Nevertheless, the show will go on for the other performers on the first two days.
YG and Tyga, Sexyy Red, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Lil Tecca, Rae Sremmurd, Luh Tyler, Lil Gnar, Lay Bankz, and JELEEL will be on the first-day lineup with Nicki Minaj closing the show in a primetime performance.
On Saturday, Big Sean, Summer Walker, Larry June, and Bones will be performing. Flo Milli, Kaliii, Veeze, BigXThaPlug, Xavier Wulf, Bluebucksclan, and Pi'erre Bourne will also be present with Post Malone closing the second night as the main headliner.
