The woman who creates Jennifer Lopez's amazing routines has finally shared how the singer maintains her elite level of performance.

Jennifer Lopez never fails to impress with her show-stopping stamina on stage. Jennifer, 54, has been working with Kim Burse, a music director who has collaborated with artists such as Beyoncé, Queen Latifah, Ciara, and Tamara Braxton, for 13 years.

The two have worked together on tours that include All I Have and It's My Party.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Kim, 55, said she doesn't think the On The Floor hitmaker will be retiring anytime soon and complimented Jennifer for always working "really, really hard."

She gave the following explanation for why she believed Jennifer looked as amazing as she did in her mid-fifties: "It's the whole spectrum."

Her health and overall well-being are taken care of. She works extremely hard, really, really hard, and makes sure to cover everything. Kim stated that she wouldn't want to "put a stamp" on it when asked if she thought the Jenny from the Block singer would ever retire, but she didn't think it would happen anytime soon. Definitely not.

She stated, "She's not [retiring]."

Those who watched J.Lo's Halftime documentary will be well aware of the amount of practice the singer put in to make sure her Super Bowl performance in February 2020 was flawless. Kim even said that she would accommodate early meetings into her busy schedule.

"Now that I think back on it, we worked so hard for something that was maybe only six minutes long at most during the Super Bowl," Kim remarked

She was with us every day during rehearsals, and they worked incredibly hard from A to Z to make sure they had everything together.

The typical duration of the Super Bowl Halftime Show is 12 to 14 minutes, but since JLo and Colombian singer Shakira shared the stage, she had even less time to slay eight songs, including Jenny from the Block and Get Right. Her teenage daughter Emme, whom she shares with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, also joined her on stage for a rendition of Born in the USA.

Kim went on to say, "I was just trying to put the best moments in the few minutes that we had, and I felt like we got it down, she did a great job."
