Issues has been around since 2012 after they formed it Atlanta, Georgia. Unfortunately, after more than a decade of performing for their fans, the group has decided to split, but they wanted to give their supporters a big treat before they do so.
According to Loudwire, the band has been silent for the past four years, and they shocked their followers with a big announcement which confirms that they will be disbanding.
In a statement shared on their social media accounts, the band acknowledged that they were able to become one of the most successful bands around as they were given an opportunity to travel the world, meet thousands of people, and more.
However, since the pandemic hit in 2020, it became hard for them as their tours got canceled after they already paid deposits.
"All of these were incredibly traumatic experiences, not only for us, but also the fans to whom our music means the most," they wrote.
Life Has Changed for Issues Members After the Pandemic
After 2020, their lives have changed significantly, but their full time job is impossible to sustain with the group on the side.
They decided to disband, but they didn't want to leave fans hanging so they wanted to end the chapter on a positive note.
"These shows are the final chapter in a long history of pushing the limits of composition, musicianship, and culture in every way we could," they wrote.
