Apparently, Jamie Lynn Spears's "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here" career hasn't exactly gotten off to the ideal start. She is starting with a significant disadvantage and bosses are actually worried that she'll just quit, less than 24 hours after entering camp.

The actress and self-proclaimed singer, who is Britney Spears's sibling and the producer of the blockbuster song "Toxic," has joined the illustrious cast of celebrities participating in this year's jungle series, which kicks off today (November 19).

She participates in one of the initial activities, although she isn't immediately favored by the audience.

As they head into the jungle for tonight's show, which starts at 9 p.m., Jamie-Lynn is joined by TV personality Sam Thompson, This Morning's Josie Gibson, First Dates' Fred Sirieix, YouTuber Nella Rose, former politician Nigel Farage, food critic Grace Dent, JLS star Marvin Humes, EastEnders legend Danielle Harold, and Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard.

Bookies have chimed in on who could win this year's series ahead of Ant and Dec's live debut. Josie Gibson is currently the 3/1 favorite to win the entire event, and Fred Sirieix is second in the betting at 4/1, ahead of Nigel Farage and Sam Thompson (5/1).

According to the most recent odds, Jamie Lynn Spears is the least probable candidate to win this year, with chances of 33/1, but she appears to have everything under control.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes commented that Punters are seemingly in agreement that Josie Gibson is very much the one to beat Down Under, with the This Morning star streets ahead in the popularity charts as things stand.

According to a survey by Mirror UK, Jamie Lynn is the least likely to win. These are the said odds:

  • Josie Gibson - 3/1
  • Fred Sirieix - 4/1
  • Nigel Farage - 5/1
  • Sam Thompson - 5/1
  • Danielle Harold - 7/1
  • Frankie Dettori - 7/1
  • Marvin Humes - 10/1
  • Tony Bellew - 14/1
  • Grace Dent - 20/1
  • Nella Rose - 25/1
  • Nick Pickard - 25/1
  • Jamie Lynn-Spears - 33/1

The first Bushtucker Trial of the series features three celebrities, and it's not for the faint of heart. Tonight's episode gets off to a bleak start. Marvin, Nick, and Jamie Lynn had to brave a terrifying skydive first.

That's not all, though, for the group is subsequently thrown into Temple of Doom, the first Trial in the series. The recently released teaser features the new co-stars bound and imprisoned in glass while they participate in a spelling bee with a jungle theme and are doused with bugs from above.

Actor Nick from Hollyoaks seems to have drawn the short straw because he has to use his mouth to gather the stars while dodging a variety of grotesque creatures, including enormous spiders.

The show premieres on ITV tonight in Australia for series 23. Award-winning hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are returning to Australia for more fun-filled Bushtucker Trial episodes.

According to Daily Mailk UK, the showrunners are already concerned Jamie Lynn Spears would leave the show little than twenty-four hours after she arrived at camp.

The pop sensation Britney's younger sister is rumored to have cut herself off from her fellow celebrities, but in order to get her full salary, she has to stay in the jungle for 72 hours.

Producers are concerned that the 32-year-old, who has reportedly stayed in bed, could become a "flight risk" and return to the United States.
