At Taylor Swift's farewell performance in São Paulo, Brazil, the family of Ana Clara Benevides, a young lady who passed away at the singer's play in Rio de Janeiro back on November 17, was seen.

The family of the college student gathered in a tented VIP area at Allianz Parque stadium wearing T-shirts with the 23-year-old's face printed on the front, as seen in a video that was uploaded to X on Sunday.

Because Swift's camp is yet to comment on this, it's unknown if Benevides' family was personally invited by the singer's staff or they went there for a specific but unknown reason.

As was previously reported, Benevides had a heart arrest just before the pop star's Rio de Janeiro performance began.

According to the Brazilian newspaper Folha de S. Paulo, the psychology major was "resuscitated at the stadium for about 40 minutes" before being taken to the hospital. But while traveling to the hospital, Benevides experienced another heart arrest, and she was pronounced dead not long after.

The 33-year-old "Blank Space" singer wrote an emotional message that evening and shared it on her Instagram Story in response to hearing about a fan's passing. She wrote that it's unbelievable and her heart si broken. She added that she was "overwhelmed by grief" and would not be able to "speak about this from stage."

The Grammy winner did not discuss Benevides' passing during her concerts, but on November 19, she entered the stage and gave a rendition of "Bigger Than the Whole Sky," which many perceived to be a memorial to Benevides.

After his daughter passed away, Weiny Machado, Benevides' father, also made a statement to say there are not enough words to characterize how he's feeling - seeing his daughter chase her dream just to come back dead.

Machado also stated that he wanted police to look into reports that the Rio stadium was forbidding spectators from bringing water inside.

Due to the extreme heat, Swift, her entourage, and stadium employees were spotted hurriedly attempting to give fans who were becoming dehydrated, some water. Concertgoers were chanting "water" at one point. Swift appeared to be gasping for air after one of her songs, indicating that even she was fatigued from the extreme heat.
