Ozzy Osbourne appears to no longer pursue medical treatments following recent neck and back surgery.

According to sources close to the rock star who spoke to the National Enquirer, the operations left him debilitated and in incredible pain, making it difficult for him to move around.

As a result, the superstar has seemingly resigned himself to his current situation.

Ozzy Osbourne's Health Condition

At 75, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee has reportedly come to terms with his deteriorating health.

As a result of a near-fatal all-terrain vehicle (ATV) incident that took place back in 2003, it is understood that he will now be restricted to using a wheelchair for the remainder of his days.

For the last 16 years, Ozzy has been dealing with a devastating diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, which has dramatically impacted his daily life. Countless amounts of surgeries have only further complicated matters.

A close friend of Ozzy revealed, "This medical nightmare has taken an extreme toll on him."

Ozzy had a great deal of optimism that his September surgery on his back would be successful, yet since then, he has endured nothing but suffering and now needs to utilize a wheelchair to get about.

His confidant informed him that Ozzy pinned his hopes on returning to the stage; however, regrettably, that hope was shattered.

Goodbye Touring

The close friend shared how despondent the musician had become after a series of operations for an injury he sustained from a fall at home in 2019.

The medical procedures have made him worry even more about his livelihood than any thoughts of stopping performing altogether.

It seems that Ozzy is well aware of his mortality, as it has recently been reported that he declared this past September surgery to be "the final one - I can't do it anymore!".

Despite Ozzy Osbourne's current spiral of despair, a friend reminisced fondly on the 2,000-plus concerts he had performed in his career as a glimmer of hope. "You fear he's given up the will to live," they said.

In a recent episode of The Osbournes podcast, Ozzy refused to move across the pond from Los Angeles to England without his beloved pets. Despite Sharon having already made arrangements for their new abode, the rock star firmly declared: "I ain't going anywhere without these f------ dogs!" It appears that he has put his foot down and is unwilling to leave them behind.
