Delighted fans of Kelly Clarkson are thrilled with her move to the City That Never Sleeps!
The renowned singer was gorgeous on an episode of "The Kelly Clarkson Show," wearing a floor-length number featuring a long-sleeved top in dark scarlet and a cream skirt that had a slit up the thigh.
Her golden tresses cascaded down her back while dramatic red lipstick completed the look.
According to OK magazine, the fans were out in force when a video from the show was released. Comments poured in about the former "American Idol" winner's recent transformation, noting how bright and content she seemed.
"Kelly, your new team behind your fashion and makeup is spot on!!! You never looked brighter and so much happier," remarked one viewer, while another added, "Omg Kelly looks bomb."
The fans admired Kelly's health and talent, one fan saying, "Kelly looks so healthy...good for her. She is so d--- talented! She is hitting her stride in her career."
Another enthusiast commented, "She needed NY just as much as they needed to have Kelly!!! Love this!" There was nothing but praise for the young star.
Kelly's Weight Loss Journey
While appearing on "The Kelly Clarkson Show" with Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Bush last Monday, November 6th, the singer-songwriter opened up about her recent weight loss journey.
"I love losing weight," she exclaimed humorously, "But jeans are so difficult when you have a smaller waist and a butt!"
A source close to the "Since U Been Gone" singer recently revealed that she has lost about 40 pounds in one year and feels incredible.
This transformation was brought about by a change in diet, cutting out sugar, carbs, soda, chips, biscuits, cheese, and tortillas. Exercise has also been added to her regular schedule, mainly employing cardio routines.

At the time of her move from Los Angeles to New York, Kelly Clarkson revealed that she had been dealing with depression for three years prior.
She said, "I think I needed the change. Since relocating, we're all doing so much better; my kids are thriving here."
Referring to River and Remington, aged nine and seven respectively, who are shared with ex-husband Brandon Blackstock - Clarkson noted that it was a fresh start they all needed.
"Lately, I have felt much more at peace," the singer-turned-host declared.
"Sometimes we feel obligated to appear happy in front of others, but that isn't always realistic. It's difficult to continue to contain your emotions; eventually, it catches up with us all. Fortunately, I'm fairly skilled at managing my feelings - though it doesn't last forever."
