Kim Kardashian's friend urged the reality TV star to apologize to Taylor Swift after sources confirmed she has yet to say her sorry for what she had done to her years ago.

The beef between Swift, Kardashian and Kanye West took the spotlight when the "Lavender Haze" singer told TIME Magazine that the feud "took her down psychologically" that she thought it was also the end of her career. Sources said the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star did not apologize to her, and she has yet to do so after the interview.

Kim Kardashian Should Genuinely Apologize to Taylor Swift

Instead of a public apology, Kardashian's close friend suggested that she should fix things with Swift "privately and genuinely" since the "Jesus Is King" rapper plans to take "some responsibility.

According to Kid Capri, Swift would also want an apology privately since a public one would not be taken as genuine.

"Kim was riding for her husband, they come together, but what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong," he said. "Those two women need to get on the phone, conversate and move on. It started with Kanye, so I think he will take some responsibility for it. It shouldn't be something that's sorted in public. There's a way to carry the situation, not everyone needs to be in their business."

Swift spoke about the incidents and how it took her down "psychologically to a place I've never been before." The amount of backlash pushed her to move to a foreign country, and she became afraid of phone calls after losing trust in people.

She recalled how she thought it was the end of her career as the issue "took everything from her." After taking a break, she released her "Reputation" album in 2017 and got back on track again.

The feud started when West interrupted her speech in 2009. Although the duo patched things up, the beef returned in 2016 when he released "Famous," which shocked Swift as the lyrics included the line, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that b---- famous."

Swift's representative dismissed the claims that West asked for her approval to release the track and was never informed of the release.

Meanwhile, Kardashian added more fuel to the fire by releasing a video of the alleged call - which turned out to be edited - to paint Swift as the bad villain in the story.
