Ice Spice has been releasing hit after hit, and it is with the guidance and support of her producer RiotUSA--the name she mentions in her taglines, "Quit playing with them, Riot."

According to reports, Riot confirmed that the pair have been busy working on the rising star's highly anticipated album.

"Look out for new classics with Ice in 2024. We're working on her debut album as we speak," Riot revealed during his interview with Billboard.

While Ice Spirce's producer did not let on much about the upcoming album, he simply shared what it is like working with the rapper.

"It's a fun time because she really be saying how she feels in that moment... from picking out vibes or punching in lyrics on the spot," he said.

He also noted that fans should look out for his music, as he is producing and recording his own projects.

How Ice Spice Met RiotUSA

Ice Spice would not be the Ice Spice everyone knows and loves today without her music producer, who has been in the recording studio with her from day one.

"We met in school [State University of New York Purchase] back in 2019," Riot recalled. "We had mutual high school friends and started hanging in the same circles."

The rapper began her music career when she met Riot; he produced her debut single "Bull Freestyle," and by March 2021, another track they worked on, "Buss It," went viral on X (formerly known as Twitter).

By August 2022, Ice Spice dropped her hit song "Munch (Feeling' U)," which is the lead single off her debut EP, "Like..?"

The song gained recognition after Drake showed support for the rising star's music, and this catapulted her into what seemed like an overnight success.

Ice Spice Rising Rap Star

Ice Spice is recognized as one of the most prominent rappers in the industry right now; she has collaborated with some of the music industry's giants like Taylor Swift for the remix version of "Karma," Nicki Minaj with "Princess Diana" as well as the chart-topping song "Barbie World," which was featured on the blockbuster movie "Barbie."

According to reports, Ice Spice received two Grammy Award nominations: best rap song and best song written for visual media for "Barbie World" and best pop duo/group performance for "Karma," with Swift.
