Taylor Swift reassured her dad, Scott Kingsley Swift, that she is still his little girl amid her romance with Travis Kelce.
Taylor and Kelce's romance has been in full-blown since the pair started seeing each other. Although the initial relationship rumors only emerged when the "Lover" singer first attended a Kansas City Chiefs game, she revealed they have been dating for over five months now.
As their connection blossoms more, a body language expert said Taylor might be trying to tell Scott she remains his "little girl."
Taylor Swift Tried To Reassure Her Father Amid New Romance
In her exclusive interview with The Mirror, body language expert Judi James shared her opinion after Taylor's recent public appearance with her father at a Kelce game.
"She seems to be keen to create a blend when it comes to bonding and of course that will strike up rumours she is about to get engaged," she said. "She's invited her dad to share the fun of watching her man and as he does, she uses some intense bonding rituals to appear to silently ask her dad to share her affection and enthusiasm for Kelce."
James explained that a daughter's engagement is often a "difficult moment" for a father like Scott, especially since he will need to share the "Look What You Made Me Do" singer with her future husband.
With Taylor hugging and snuggling with Scott, her actions reportedly suggested that she wanted to show Scott she remains the same even amid her new relationship.

What the New Rumors Revealed
Before the recent game, a source told Page Six that Kelce had asked Scott's permission to marry Taylor Soon. The insider added that they might be spending the holiday together.
"Scott has been asked for his blessing and has wholeheartedly given it, and Travis has been talking to friends about a ring," the unnamed tipster said.
There was also a rumor that Kelce already prepared for the ring.
"Taylor finally has a partner willing and game," the source continued. "He's like, 'I'll stand by the side of the stage and wait for you to jump in my arms - I'll do that!'"
