As Young Thug sits behind bars fighting for his life, he continues to draw support in the free world, a "Free Jeffery" billboard has appeared in New York City's Times Square.
On Tuesday (Dec. 19), Thugga fans uploaded clips online of a digital billboard that read "Free Jeffery" alongside a picture of Thug praying in his cell. The billboard also included the acronym behind Thug's name "Truly Humble Under God," which his attorney first pointed out during the trial's opening statements in November.
Young Stoner Life Record's official Instagram page is who first posted the billboard, which can be seen below.
Young Thug's and YSL's RICO trial has been postponed until 2024. However, Thugga's attorney, Brian Steel has filed a motion to have the case dismissed.
"[Steel] is trying to expedite the appeal so it will be heard at the same time as the trial," @ThuggerDaily on Twitter reported on the first of the month. "If the judge's decision is overturned, the case would end," the tweet read.
Young Thug’s appeal case for his “motion to dismiss” has officially been opened, as of today.
