Kanye West has yet again moved his highly-awaited album, "Vultures" release date again.
West has been having a hard time securing the release of some of his tracks due to it being written and recorded years ago already.
Kanye West 'Vultures' Release Date Update
As of Dec. 21, 2023, Kanye West changed the "Vultures" release date again from the supposed. Dec. 31, 2023 release date to Jan. 12, 2024. (via Billboard)
West and Ty Dolla Sign's album has already been moved once from Jan. 15, 2023, to Dec. 31, 2023, after Nicki Minaj declined to clear the release of "New Body."
Nicki Minaj Didn't Clear 'New Body' Release For Kanye West 'Vulture'
On Twitter, Kanye West posted a screenshot of his message to Nicki Minaj, saying "Hi, it's Ye. May I call you about clearing 'New Body' on the new album?"
The screenshot that West uploaded remained unresponded. Hours later, Nicki Minaj hopped on Instagram Live and answered a question asking about Kanye's clearance.
"Child, that train has left the station, OK? No disrespect in any way," she clarified. "I just put out a brand new album. Now why would I put out a song that has been out for three years? Come on, guys. You know?"
Obviously, Kanye West didn't like the response. In a The Shade Room obtained video, Kanye blasts Nicki Minaj.
"I made that girl rewrite her verse three times for 'Monster,'" he exclaimed. "I supported her career, so I don't [know] what it is, but we gon' get this record, or we just ain't gon' put sh*t out!"
Notoriously, Kanye West scrapped the song when it was initially recorded. Minaj sought the song to be released, but the former denied her. However, the song made its way online as it was leaked by several insiders.
