Taylor Swift cannot help but react to a fan who thanked her in an emotional TikTok video for helping her become closer to her daughter.

"You just reminded me of why this year has been so special," the "Shake It Off" singer commented Thursday. "I'm so moved by what you said. It reminds me of me and my mom and the memories we made at that age."

On Wednesday, Jenny, a TikToker, expressed her gratitude to Swift for enabling her and her daughter to have such a wonderful year of time spent together.

Speaking to the Grammy winner directly, Jenny said she "grew up" listening to Swift and how her 9-year-old daughter "looks up to" the singer for "everything."

"We went to the movie together five times," the single mother shared, adding that the two attended Swift's Eras Tour concert several times.

"We have had so much fun," she tearfully said. "For my daughter to sit there and be like, 'I've had the best year with you...,'" Jenny shared, adding that hearing her daughter say that meant "so much to [her]." "I just want you to know that you have changed my 'mom' heart and [you] have brought my daughter and [me] closer together."

During her highly successful international Eras Tour, 34-year-old Swift has occasionally revealed a more intimate side to her fans.

The pop sensation was caught on camera berating a security guard in May for bothering people who were "just dancing" in the front row of a performance in Philadelphia.

Swift's crew then apologized to the women for the unpleasant experience by giving them free tickets to a show the next day. Although the story had a joyful conclusion, the singer has experienced some tragedies during her 60-show tour.

During one of Swift's performances in Rio de Janeiro in November, Ana Clara Benevides suffered a heart arrest due to a lethal heatwave that rendered the venue dangerous for attendees.

On the way to the hospital, the 23-year-old later experienced a second heart arrest and was subsequently pronounced dead. The next day, Swift rescheduled her performance and released a statement regarding the young girl's passing.

The "Cruel Summer" singer appeared to honor Benevides' passing when she sang her song "Bigger Than the Whole Sky" on stage after the heartbreaking announcement.

She later extended an invitation to Benevides' family to attend her farewell performance in South America, where she posed backstage with the bereaved family while they donned shirts bearing the late student's image.
