As previously reported, Taylor Swift made headlines on December 17 when she attended the thrilling Chiefs vs. Patriots game at Gillette Stadium. Despite facing backlash from disgruntled New England fans, she remained unfazed.
During the latest installment of the "New Heights" podcast hosted by Travis and his brother Jason Kelce, released on Wednesday, December 20, an incident occurred where the tight end passionately defended his significant other in the face of criticism.
He marveled at the sheer brilliance of the girl, emphasizing the sheer frenzy that erupted as Taylor appeared on the screen.
"Amid the chaos, there were perhaps a handful of dissenters. However, the overwhelming majority was clamoring and shouting at the top of their lungs in sheer admiration," Travis shared, highlighting his attempts to maintain composure and not reveal his true feelings.
"It was fun, man. ... Taylor's on record saying that stadium was one of the funniest that she's played at. So for them to show her, shout-out to the Patriots for doing that," Travis continued.
Acknowledging Taylor's father, Scott Swift, for his fashion choice at the game, he appreciated the "swaggy vintage" Chiefs sweater.
"Mr. Swift [was] in full Chiefs gear," the athlete said. "It's kind of looking real nice on him. ... He's rocking it. And he seems to be enjoying himself."
