Another K-pop will be making its solo touring debut in the United States and fans will have to react quickly to get tickets: B1A4 will be playing a series of four dates across the United States during early October. The group released a video on Tuesday for its fans (known as "BANAs"...because apparently "BANANAs" would be over the top).
"Every time we have visited, our American BANAs have welcomed us with much warmth," said member Jinyoung in music. "But this time being our first solo concert in America we hope to be able to provide you guys with more excitement, more fun, more passion and leave you with lots of lasting memories."
You can check out the list of dates below:
10/03: New York City @ Best Buy Theater
10/05: Chicago @ Rosemont Theater
10/08: Dallas @ Verizon Theater
10/11: San Francisco @ Warfield Theater
Some may note that the group is hitting up San Francisco versus Los Angeles, which is somewhat the unofficial headquarters for K-pop in America. B1A4 was just in town last month however, performing at the KCON festival so they opted to bring the act to fans farther north in California. The group pulled super soakers on the crowd in Los Angeles so the rest of the country's fans should beware when trying to crowd close to the stage.
B1A4 will also be spreading K-pop's influence to the rest of Asia later this year as they tour in China, Taiwan and the Philippines. It's just another tour that's helping Korean music rule the region, topping even the once dominant J-pop from Japan.
